Refund Policy:

When meets above return policy terms & conditions we are refund amount already paid by customer to his bank account which is payment paid by us and as per customer acceptance we will add to that in to his bdukaan wallet. 

Bank returns depends on bank transactional timings and days for those we are not responsible and customer has to settle with their banks. Usually after returned products received and quality check we will process refund after deducting transport and shipping charges from customer paid amount within 2 working days.
