Yes, we accept returns.
Terms & Conditions
Returns is a scheme provided by BDUKAAN directly in terms of which the option of replacement or exchange is offered by the BDUKAAN to You only in case of,
Physically damaged/ Defective
Has missing parts or accessories
Different from its description on the product detail page on BDUKAAN.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Return will be processed only if: 
Returns will be accepted only in cases when the product does not fit your vehicle or wrong/damaged product was delivered to you.
If it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, 
the product is not different from what was shipped to you,
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
If customer doesn’t want the same product for the amount he spent, may order different products available with us as replacement /exchange. For exchange, Shipping charges may be applicable as per the new order destination and weight of the product.

Customer once booked the order cannot be able to cancel the same / get the refund to the product.

Hence, we recommend our customers to ensure the order quantity, Delivery address, product variant, delivery date, shipping charges, Guarantee/Warranty, other terms and conditions before placing any order through our BDUKAAN App/website.
Change of mind after dispatch of the product from bdukaan or after receiving of the product by customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product.
In cases where an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
Any return request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after the 5 day window would not be processed.
All products need to be returned in their original packaging and should reach back to us within 10 days of a return request getting accepted
Return Orders received back to our warehouse after a window of 10 days from the date of return request acceptance would not be eligible for refund.
